# Spur Robotics

> Spur builds retrofit autonomy kits for heavy industrial vehicles — wheel loaders, dump trucks, and excavators. The kit installs in a day, runs supervised today, and moves toward unmanned operation over time. Oslo-based, pre-launch.

Spur is a small team building autonomy for the machines that move the physical world. We retrofit existing industrial vehicles rather than replacing them: a Spur Kit integrates with a machine's electrical systems (CAN bus, voltage signals, PWM) so it can be driven by software. The same hardware harness is reused across any makes and models that share an electrical interface.

## What we do

- **Spur Kit** — the retrofit hardware. Installs on existing machines in a day. Integrates electrically (no hydraulic integration).
- **Spur OS** — the autonomy software. Supervised operation today, with a path toward unmanned over time.
